Acer Predator GX 792 - Solid Color Crash in All Games

Hello,
I've recently been having a lot of trouble with my Predator. Any time I try to play a graphic intensive game, the game will freeze and the screen will display a random solid color. My computer will often lock up, but sometimes I can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, wait a few seconds or minutes, press cancel and exit the "full screen" of the solid color. Upon doing this, I can hear the game audio still playing (for example, a Team Fortress 2 match happening in the background) but for other games like Mordhau, the game crash report comes up.

This has started happening after I did a repair install of Windows 10 on my computer. I had a trojan in February that messed up my ability to update Windows, so I figured the best option was a repair install, so I don't lose all my files. After the re-install, games began doing this.

Windows Memory Diagnostic came up with nothing, so I believe my ram is ok. I've run Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, and Avast full scans and found nothing out of the ordinary. I am at a loss for what this problem could be.

I haven't modified my Predator in any way and I bought it straight from Acer, so it should have the normal specs.

Please help.
Thank you.

Fist of all how did u manage to get a trojan (hummm i wonder how) second if you had a trojan you should had done a fresh clean install/factory reset not keeping your files (in case you didnt) to format everything completely and if  you had a trojan malwarebytes would had found it so what make you think it was a trojan which other software did you use to scan/identify the issue as a trojan also how are your temps might also be thermal throttling driver issues a windows update that messed everything up so as i said i can be anything

The trojan most likely came from a game mod I downloaded/looked for. And yes, I used Malwarebytes to find and remove it in February, keyword HAD a trojan.
Anyway, I haven't tried rolling back the windows update yet, but I can give that a go.

I probably would backup everything you would need and go back to factory reset ALT+F10 (if you still have the stock windows installed with the acer recovery partiton) just to rule out software issues/bugs because even if it was removed you dont know if which files might have been affected
