After a session of light gaming, I close my laptop, (AN515 - 42 R8SH model), not shut it down and decide to sleep for around 3 hours. When I wake up, I try to check something on my laptop but it won't boot up, no LED backlight but the blue and orange light turn on when I connect the charger. Any reason as to why it won't boot up?

CORRECTION: When it's charging only the forthermost blue light turns on, and the orange light that used to turn on before (which is right beside the blue light) wont turn on and whenever the I press the powerbutton, the orange light now turns on but with a blue color instead and only for a few seconds, this is with or without the charger being plugged in.

Try to perform a simple power reset.  Shutdown the laptop. Disconnect the charger, find the battery reset PIN hole on the bottom of the device, the reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for five seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

Sorry for all the questions but I need more information. Is your screen Black or do you get any sort of image such as a logo, do you hear the fan working?

No signs of life (fan sounds, backlight, and screen not emitting any type of image or sound) I got it to work for some reason by lightly slapping the area to the right of the trackpad (somewhere above the storage area), it worked properly but then I decided to shut the lid and now I have the same exact problem.

If it's under warranty I would send it in, it sounds like a hardware problem
