Some fans max speeds differ between systems.

    Your fan max is normal.

Exactly :) i used to have 6122 out of the box on both but after i repasted i only get 6122 on the gpu the cpu its on 6000 and sometimes 5800 its completely normal especially after repaste with a good thermal paste the system (bios) doesnt feel the need to go higher even on max and if youre under 42 degrees on cpu/gpu they will stop completely until the temps go up again (bare in mind im always on auto coolboost on ) so KrishnaCPS7 youre fine you dont have any issues its completely normal if you temps are good dont worry about it plus the fans will only trigger the max speed when on high temps even on max with low temps they might/might not achieve the full speed because its all controlled by the bios advanced settings (not available to anyone but acer techs and whoever has it unlocked) and PS its just a UI for those pre-defined bios settings
