Acer's rude customer services

i have just got off the phone to acer how rude was the man didn't even speak good english. I told him i needed a operating system recovery flash drive he barked back at me you have to buy he CD £35-00 but i dont have a cd drive he said rudely you buy external drive. how rude. i have had about 6 acers over the last dew years but never again i got a laptop i cant use as the software is corrupt only 6 months old and they dont want to know. should have stuck with Sony!!
