I have a C720 Chromebook
Just picked it up
and the touchpad doesn't work
I've tried the usual fixes as per Google (https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1047367?hl=en)
but alas no joy.
I have also tried to enable/disable using SHIFT CTRL P
but also nothing.
The screen works but I don't see a mouse/cursor
Any thoughts before I open it up and see if it's a hardware issue?
Thanks

If a hard reset or powerwash failed to fix the problem, return the machine to the vendor as defective for a refund or exchange ASAP before the seller's RMA period expires. ACER warranty repairs will take longer. Jack E/NJ
