Is it normal for predator to go over 95 degrees?

I have a predator helios 300 i5 1050ti and the issue is that every time I play games the temperature goes over 95 degrees. I can feel the heat through the keyboard.
These days I usually play apex legends at lowest possible settings other than the fov and screen res.
I know that acer laptops have a heating issue but I heard that repasating might solve the issue, but I'm not sure.
I've had the laptop for around 8 months now and I didn't play much during the early days so I'm not sure if this issue is recent or has been the same ever since the purchase.
I have not had any cleaning of the fans done either yet.
I would like to know if repasating can solve the heating issue as I have already undervolted to - 110v

@BlackJs no its not normal optimize windows/undervolt (TS) if still needed repaste with kryonaut or similar and while doing it clean the fans and check  if the airflow exit its free from any debris i get a max of 75/80 cpu 70/75 gpu on all latest games on ultra (for ex high cpu/gpu usage games like Anthem etc..) and i repasted/upgraded it 2 weeks after i got it never had any issue since in any way more than one year now also bare in mind if you have any warranty seals that you would have to break to open it you will void your warranty if thats the case only acer or acer certified repair centers can repaste it and clean it for you but they will probably use their own stock paste unless they are willing to use the one you would buy for them in some countries they will if asked so if you have any doubt always contact acer support first before you open it also windows updates can cause issues i have disabled mine permanently since the first 1809 release never updated again and only will if any issue arises and always manually
