How do you know what all parts have been changed by authorised service partner?

I have Acer Aspire E 575. It was working fine untill last month. Battery of my laptop started draining quickly. The authorised service partner made me replace my motherboard. It didn't solve the issue. Later my battery was replaced on escalation of issue. Now battery backup is good. But I really doubt my display screen has been replaced without my permission. Also the keyboard is not working well. Some keys are not working. Pressing any of that key make whole keyboard hang.

    Hi, Arjun_11 As for my experience If the service was done by acer support then you would've received a note informing what changes have been made and what they did to fix the issue. Please look through your records for information. If you are not able to find it then please contact Acer support for info.
