Hi, I recently purchased an Acer Predator PH315-51, due to my previous laptop dying.  I have been having multiple issues with this laptop and have received NO support from their support chatroom due to me being in Afghanistan and them stating they can only offer support over the phone.

The following are my issues:
*No MOUSE plugged in using the USB port is detected.  I checked drivers and they are all in place.
*Laptop does not detect it's bluetooth device, to the point that when I enter bios I cant even see the port there.
*Cannot set up the laptop as a mobile hotspot (although I am not entirely sure this is an option for this laptop, however, everything I've read said it is).

This is a brand new laptop, no malware/viruses, have not used it for anything yet, other than Netflix.
I have deleted no software other than one or two bloatware files.
I have downloaded drivers from the ACER driver lists.

So my questions are:  Can anyone assist with these issues?  Additionally, is there any way to get a hold of actual customer support so I don't have to go through the BBB just to get the software on my laptop to work correctly?

@Phigment this thread is 2 months old aldready  but you can try an acer stock factory reset ALT+F10 on boot and select delete everything (bare in mind if you have anything that you might need back it up first this procedure will format the drive completely and install windows as it came from factory the first time you boot it up) after this if you still have the same issue it wouldnt be software related it would be hardware itself at this point i would send it back for warranty for a possible replace/repair
