Predator XB271HU warranty issue

I bought a new Predator SB271HU from NewEgg on May 2018. I registered my monitor, It shows my monitor already expired in May 2019 with only one year warranty on Predator SB271HU. ACER policy for monitor is three years warranty as stated at https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/standard-warranty. But I could not contact ACER technical support  at 1-866-695-2237 to explain the issue because system keeps detecting my monitor serial number was expired in May 2019 and transferred to third party support. I uploaded my original receipt to http://csapps.acer.com/pop and received a reply that my monitor was expired in May 2019. There is no way for my to contact ACER to resolve this warranty issue. I believe Predator SB271HU should have three years warranty. How do I contact Acer support from USA? Any ideas? Thanks!
