Worst customer experience ever!! My computer keeps rebooting and I use it for business. I have to send it in and I noticed that this unit has tons of problems. They will not ship a direct replacement and I use it for business. I cannot be without my computer for 20 plus days.

    You have posted to an ACER peer-2-peer users help group, not ACER employees in the ACER customer service division. If you specify the full model number we can try to help. Meanwhile you can try a full factory-fresh reset by completely shutting off the machine. Then turning it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. Follow directions as in the video below to reset the machine. If a reset fails to fix the issue, then it is very likely a hardware issue. Unfortunately, unless it is a very recent purchase qualified for a vendor RMA and exchange or refund, it will require ACER warranty repair. Jack E/NJ
