Hello!

Im thinking about upgrading my PC,

My current PC is a Acer predator G3-605 (link below)

So your model has plenty of room for even a full size card but I can't find a reference for your exact SKU to see which power supply it came with. They shipped with two sizes, a 300W and 500W. Depending on which model of 1060 you want to get you'll be fine with the 500W and likely fine or close with the 300W. Check manufacturers spec on what they'd like to see and allow for an extra 10-20% to handle edge cases like a really hot summer with no AC. :)
If you need to bump the supply up, they are pretty standard ATX supplies and any of the better suppliers can get you one easily. Double check whether the GPU card needs it's own power connection and make sure the new supply has that available.
Other than that you should be good to go! Note that this is an old enough machine that more upgrades are likely going to push toward a new one rather than an upgrade, so offset the cost of the upgrade over the cost of a newer Predator...
