currently i have 8gb ram preinstalled on aspire 3 a315-41, i realized that current vega8 memory is only 1GB and it is lagging when i play game with lot of ram such as for honor

if i add more ram as example 16gb ram, can i configure my vega 8 to have 4GB memory?

It's about 10% of shared RAM, not necessarily exactly 10%,  that's set in the BIOS for integrated graphics. The main point is that It's NOT user-adjustable. So if you add another 8GB of RAM you might get ~0.8GB more in shared video RAM. Jack E/NJ

Sorry. The shared video memory is a fixed percentage of total RAM installed. Usually about 10%.  So more RAM helps but won't be user-adjustable to 4GB. Jack E/NJ

so if i upgrade to 16gb ram, it will use 10% of it, and i can run for honor since it is adjustable to 4GB?

so even i add ram to 16gb, my vega 8 are stuck at 1GB which cause for honor unplayable?

No. 10% of 16GB total memory is 1.6GB shared video ram.  Jack E/NJ

then can you explain why my 8gb ram is using 1.1gb ram for vega 8, while if your theory is right, it shoule be 800mb only

Yes, it should improve performance.  Maybe so honor doesn't lag as much. Jack E/NJ

then i think dedicated vga is better than shared vga like vega 8? since they have dedicated memory and doesnt rely on RAM?

Yes, a dedicated graphics adapter would be better. The A315-41G model has one but the A315-41 model does not. Jack E/NJ

I think you should try 16GB DDR4 module from a vendor with a good returns RMA policy. You might be satisfied. If not, return it for a refund.
