Broken USB C Port

usb c port is broken,
When i go to "repair my acer" i get an error that they cant find my SN/SNID.
how would i go about sending it in to get fixed? (i am out of warranty if that makes a difference)

    Try to go to BIOS were you can find the serial number.
    Shut down the  unit and turn it on but as soon as you turn on your unit keeping pressing the F2 key repeatedly so that it will take you to BIOS . In the BIOS check for serial number

    If you still cant find than check the box in which you bought the unit it will have those numbers or call the store from where you bought it even they might can get you the SN or the SNID number.

    Yep. Makes a difference. I suggest a more practical option might be to get an estimate from a local shop before trying to arrange an out-of-warranty ACER repair. Looks like you got a few good ones in your region. Try Ridgeway or ComputerCentral. Jack E/NJ
