Acer Care Center Aspire E5-575

I have an Aspire E5-575. The HDD went down and I am now trying to rebuild the system. I downloaded the Acer Care Center info:
 

and to download the Acer Care Center that was with the ACC software on my device:


I unzipped it and there is no setup for the files. Why have listed and able to download, but can't install it? I'd really like to have the care center to find all of the files and updates for my laptop.

    Thank you very much for this info, MaClane! I have looked high and low for a fix for this same issue. I was ready to return the computer. Acer should thank you for saving them a sale! No one there seemed to "get it."
