No further BIOS firmware updates are available. However, let the system boot normally into Windows with both modules installed. Then press WIN+R. Enter 'msinfo32'. Please post screenshot of right pane. Jack E/NJ

Your mainboard may be only dual channel capable for 8GB and thus sensitive to a closely-matched pair of 4GB modules. While the Hynix and Kingston module specs may be similar, they obviously cannot be a matched pair. The crucial matched pair mentioned earlier may or may not work. However crucial will guarantee what they recommend will work or refund your money no questions asked. I suggest that, before you do anything further with this older machine, you download and run the https://eu.crucial.com/ scanner to see exactly what you have and what they recommend. Jack E/NJ

    Crucial say i need rams with 1.35V and CL11 but my motherboard ( JE50_H) say that i need cl9 1.5 V
I want to ask you something, how i know if my motherboard support dual-channel?
My original memort (Hinyx) is in single-channel, so how i know if my motherboard support dual-channel?

The Aspire 5750G memory module specifications are shown below. If Crucial scanner says two 4GB 1.35v  1600MHz speed modules are needed to support dual channel in your system, then that's what Crucial guarantees will work or your money refunded. Jack E/NJ

The mainboard should automatically adjust RAM speed and clock-timing in the RAM slots to highest that it can support. Jack E/NJ
