How can I get the Hard Drive to be displayed during Windows 10 Installation?

Hi Guys,
I downloaded the MS Windows 10 Media Creation Tool onto a flash drive, as was directed by a Acer tech.  I followed all the instruction to reinstall Windows 10 on my laptop (ACER Spin 3, Modl: N16P9).
The installation progressed ok until an error message and error code was displayed (didn't remember the code).  So, the system had me start over and from that time (the second attempt), when I get to where I should select the drive to install the s/w, no drive was displayed.  I attempted the installation many times but each time the result is the same.

Now, if I turn on the computer with the flash drive not plugged in, all that happens is that I get a message "No Bootable disk found"  and I have absolutely no access to Windows.

Guys, I NEED YOUR HELP VERY BADLY!!!
 Thanks.

    Hi @romrae,

If the media creation is not working then you can try with the recovery flash drive from ACER. If still its not working then it can be your hard drive issue.

    Hit Accept if its useful.
