So our AcerTC 865 Desktop Crashed on us. Don't have the time, money nor energy to waste on Acer to send to Texas because of their fault at making a defective computer. 

For our desktops, are these computers supposed to have a backup disk/CD that came with the system, so that if we have to reboot the damned thing, that we have something to go by if rebooting to factory settings? 

Sad thing- We just set this thing up on Saturday night, and it tanked on us Wednesday evening. I called ACER and they were of absolutely NO help at all. Got their email today, and I refuse to pay shipping to service this piece of *****. Going back to get either a discount on this purchase or a complete refund, because of a faulty defective piece of electronics. HORRIBLY made, and horrible customer service from ACER. Anyways, repair tech turned on the computer and absolutely NOTHING is recognized on this device. NOTHING. Hard drive isn't present at all- have to install one now, plus I need Windows Office because it's not even present on the device. 

Any info, recommendations or help is advised. Never buying from ACER ever again. Word of mouth flies fast. Completed disgusted at this point in time. Spent $599 on this, and it'll cost us $300 to fix it now. If we shipped, the cost would probably exceed that too.

    If you have agreed to the rules of the forum I suggest you have a minimum of decorum and try to find a solution instead of complaining or posting offensive words.
    Any device of any company or developer is subject to problems at any time during its useful life.
    So saying what is going to happen is simply a personal opinion.
    If the appliance is in the warranty, it is best to turn it on.
