July 12, 2018, I bought a brand new Acer Predator PH317-51. I thought I registered the product, maybe the registration expired, and that's why its shown as the latest registration, but not as one of my products?

The point is, this thing can't really support its own weight. So, at some point within the last year, I've grabbed/held this thing with one hand, and it caused some kind of crack to form in the motherboard. Now, it sometimes blue screens, reboots, or whatever when I grab the left side of it with only one hand.

I came to this website to request repairing the laptop, and the website won't recognize hte Serial Number. Will I simply be required to throw this thing away, since Acer seems unwilling to recognize that this product exists?

If you have trouble getting the product recognized through Acer's Online portal, you can contact Acer Technical Support https://www.acer.com/worldwide/ in your region and report the issue to them. They will be able to book your unit for repair.
