    Hi @Jaspreet
Sometimes the background application running on the might slow down the unit, and takes long time to turn ON.
windows updates may also cause this issue, try updating the windows. follow the steps below for doing clean boot in your unit.
    1. Press the "Windows + R" key to open a Run box.
    2. Type msconfig and click OK.
    3. On the General tab, click Selective startup.
    4. Clear the Load startup items check box.
    5. Click the Services tab.
    6. Select the Hide all Microsoft services check box (at the bottom).
    7. Click Disable all.
Hit Accept if its useful :)

What model Nitro 5 do you have? Windows or Linux? Version? All pertinent information.

There are many scenarios (such as Windows Updates, Bios updates, driver updates, software initiated reboots, etc) that will create a longer than normal boot cycle. It could be something like this that you need to stop or finish.

Unfortunately your response only answers a small fraction of the questions I posed. Windows 7? Windows 8? Windows 10? Home? Enterprise? Pro? 1709? 1803? 1903? Your laptop does not have a model number? Nobody here can help you without specific, pertinent information.

A long boot cycle is necessary under certain scenarios I mentioned in the previous post. It may not even be an abnormal boot if any of the mentioned actions are taking place. Have you installed a new driver or Windows Update recently? Where is the boot process 'hanging'?
