Acer Chromebook R13

bleeblee Member Posts: 3 New User
My Chromebook R13 is not used very often and I lifted the lid and the bottom left hand corner of the screen the snaps that hold the screen together have pop out and won't stay snapped.  The hinge system is perhaps too strong, so as you flip the cover from closed to open with your left hand there is a real strain on the corner of the screen.

    Hello,

It's not a cracked screen. The bottom left hand corner of the screen pops open when you close the screen, it snaps back into place but won't hold when you open it again.  Don't use my Chromebook very often very poor quality.  Can I send you pictures?

Thankyou very much to the techs in Burnaby who replace all the parts to bring my Chromebook back to new.  Had they not done this for me the unit would have been used as a boat anchor.
Thank you very much for restoring my faith in Acer!!!
