I have brought new Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52, which comes with 1TB HDD with 16GB Intel Optane Memory(already installed in M2 SSD slot) and it comes with Windows 10 basic.
Then I brought 500GB M2 2280 SSD and replace it with 16GB optane memory. and after installation Bios can detect new SSD which showing in HDD0 and my HDD showing in HDD1.
but when I boot it says "no bootable device" error. so Tried all these but no help
F12 Boot Menu [Enabled]
SATA Mode--- changed to "RST with Optane" to AHCI
in SATA configuration 1st tried SATA port 0 to Disable and then it boot to "Automatic Repair" then it goes to some advance options like system restore but cant find operating system.
then I tried change Boot Mode but only option is UEFI
And Secure option is set default in Enabled and cant changed (in black color)
Why this Bios has only limited option ?
after SSD installation I'm unable to BOOT from HDD because SSD is blank or however it came from company I just install it from the box.
Is it because I remove Optane memory without disabling it ?
Or is there any way I can boot up from HDD and then using any partition tool Migrate OS to SSD and then clear HDD.
or Do I have to buy a SSD Enclsure, and can only Migrate OS to external SSD and then again Install it and maybe It bootup successfully from SSD.
Sorry for my English !
Please help !

Yes, you should have disabled the Intel Optane prior to removing it, just reinsert the Optane, switch the SATA mode to "RST with Optane" and start the laptop normally, then follow the instructions in the link:https://drtechnno.com/2018/06/13/tutorial-how-to-upgrade-intel-optane-memory-to-m-2-ssd/

You are welcome, you need to select GPT type partition for UEFI, so use GPT, OS migration use Minitool Partition wizard free program.

SSD installed, OS migrated, and HDD emptied for storage.
but one problem is there
there are two "Windows Boot Manager" in Bios one belongs to old OS installed in HDD and other one new OS of SSD, and the problem is, In Boot priority Windows Boot Manager of Old OS of HDD is set primary and SSD Win Boot Manager is set secondary and every time I change the priority order and save and exit it boot from SSD but again in next restart the boot priority again set to HDD boot(which dont have OS so it auto goes to repair and failed) then again I have to change the priority.
but in System Config only one OS is showing but in Bios there are two.
Is there any way I can remove old HDD windows boot manager in Bios ?
thanks in advance.
Take out the HDD and boot with only the SSD, then after few days, try reinserting the HDD and see whether the BIOS remember only the SSD or you could try going to BIOS screen, move to Main tab, press F9 button in the keyboard, then press F10 button to save and exit. Either of these methods should resolve the problem.

after F9 and then "Save and Exit" will change default setting for SATA Mode to "RST with Optane" and I ahve to change it to AHCI for SSD. even If system doesn't have Optane memory still bios goes default setting for RST with Optane.
So I update the Bios to the letest ver (v1.22 to v1.26) but no help.
Bios remember every changes after restart except setting again primary boot to old boot manager
Bios doesn't ditching that memory even that OS and it's boot file is not there.
Is there any other way other than sysconfig to remove extra boot option.
I'll try to use only SSD for few days removing HDD and will update the result.
Thanks in Advanced.
