Hi All,

I recently bought an Acer Predator PO-3-600 (Windows 10). This morning I could not connect to my ethernet adapter and thus could not connect to the internet via the wired internet connection (worked fine the last 2 weeks). I managed to activate my WIFI so my computer is online via WIFI. However, I want to use the wired connection.

I followed the instructions to completely reset my network settings and updated networks drivers - but still in the networks settings it says there is no connection to the ethernet card. I also restarted my router.

When I go into settings and click on the network properties alot of LAN connections are listed but the status for all of them is "Not functional" and "Disconnected". So it seems my LAN connections are detected but just not online. The only connection listed as online is the WIFI connection. Also the Ethernet "Realtek Gaming GbE Family" is listed as "Not present" and disconnected.

Hope you can give some directions on what to do as I have am not very much into the technical side of computers.

Thank you :)

    Good Morning Andreasmichael8 !

    Let's start from the basics.
Have you tried another network cable?
Have you tried other ports on the router?
    Already tested on other routers?
Does Device Manager show up with error or excalamation?
