    I have the same problem and the integrated camera is not listed in devide manager at all.
    When using the web cam test it throws out this:
    The fact is the webcam is right there, it just doesnt have a driver so it is not a problem of outdated drivers perse.

    Use a Linux distribution in live mode and make sure the cam is functional and screened to make sure the hardware is functional.
