Why online support is so bad?

Hi. I live in Malaysia and I think online support for Malaysia is so bad.
I have issues with my monitor (model: VG240Y) and have been trying to reach support to explain what happen and to figure out what to do next.
So I went to live chat and waited for the whole 1 hour and no one attended me!! I stopped waiting after the chat auto-kick me maybe the timeout is 1 hour.
So i sent them an email to ama.acercare@acer.com and they replied me a day after. Then I replied them again asking about how long will it takes to fix the monitor. They replied me 1 hours later. that was impressive. So I replied again asking if it is possible to send my monitor by postage because I live around ~50km from the nearest service centre and have some difficulties to go there. 2 days later and still no reply.
Their FB page also sucks. They also reply me a day after.

Is there any way to have an instant support except via call? This is because if using email, I would have the conversation saved for referring in the future.
It hurt my eyes so bad to type on my monitor due to the issue it has.

I would appreciate if someone could escalated my issue so i can have it solved fast.
