Can Overclocking ram solve my issue?

Hello community, my helios 300 is 2 months old. I have many crashes from my initial stages. i have tested my processors, gpu, cpu and they are very good. And i noticed today...while playing fifa 19 on my laptop my ram usage is almost 97% which is where the game shutters and framedrops occur. when it reaches 100%, laptop freezes completely(not even ctrl+alt+delete is working) and i have to manually press power button to shut it down. My version is 8gb ddr4,intel i5-8300h with gtx 1050ti. i have done all recommended settings to be done in my pc. Is high usage of ram is the problem??how should i fix this one??

What exact model of your laptop?
Does this RAM consumption occur exclusively in this game?

8 GB on windows 10 is a pity considering OS itself takes about 4 GB.
Rather than increasing RAM frequency, add more RAM to it... make it 16 and you should be good.
