Laptop Problems

Hey everyone,

I bought my new laptop Swift s3 on the 29th of April and have only been using it at home to study on. I've been having a few issues with it - like the touchpad/mouse keys randomly turning itself off. I've found a quick fix with that by pressing the on/off button for it but it is incredibly annoying and I'm not sure why it's doing it.

Today while I've been using it I've noticed that it's vibrating/grinding. Does anyone know what this could be? Should I take it back and get a refund or is there a way to fix it? I suspect it to be the fan, but I don't want to open it up for fear of voiding the warranty. I'm just concerned that it's barely even two weeks old, hasn't left the house since I got it and it's already having problems. Any advice you can give would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi,
I would suggest you to return it for a refund or a replacement, as it's only a couple of weeks old, it shouldn't behave like that, it may have come from a faulty batch.
