Have only had this laptop for 3 weeks now and have had no problems until now. I leave it plugged in when in use but now it will not charge. I have tried the battery reset and holding the power button down but it still will not charge. It does not even seem that it is getting power from the plug. I have tried different outlets to the same effect. when i push the power button the blue power led flashes but that's about it. Would try and check on battery life but it will not even turn on plugged in. Do i need a new battery or is this maybe a hardware defect that i need to send it in for?

    Good Morning 1Mkingly  !

    Check the power interruption button.

The interrupt button not being pressed correctly may generate this problem.

There is a power interrupt button:

If it is not pressed down or the case is misaligned, errors may occur.
Check the same and use something like a layer of insulation tape to force and press this button correctly.
