So i called customer support after buying a high end monitor that had a dead pixel and i was hung up on by TWO DIFFERENT TECH AGENTS ... ACER?!? I did everything asked and then when i asked to speak with a supervisor i was hung up on ... RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and very telling of your product support... WHEN will the customer support staff learn that you cant bite the hand that PAYS YOUR ***** BILLS ....
