Acer predator 500 overheating and high frequency in normal mode

Hey, guys.
I bought Predator 500 few days ago with i9 8950HK and it's working on high frequency in normal CPU mode, like 4 GHz. In benchmarks CPU is heating over 98 degrees with max cooling mode.
Energy management is balanced, with minimum CPU usage 5%.
OS is pre-built.
Any ideas how to solve it?

You cant try to optimize windows and undervolt it as the i9 its really powerful so it generates loads of heat if after those 2 options the issue remains repasting with kryonaut or similar is the last solution but be aware you might void your warranty by opening it yourself always check advice first with your seller/shop or acer support

I did reset of windows, and there is Intel Extreme Tuning process, do you know is it pre-built with predator sense? When I installed it before reset, it showed me default undervolting -125v.
Acer support told me that this temperature is ok, but I don't think so. I guess there is some problem with Intel Turbo Boost driver, because without high load of CPU it has to work on 2.9 MHz frequency. Anybody tried to redact mods in Predator Sense? Or maybe I need to update drivers directly from Intel?

There is one xtu service that belongs to PS unless you installed xtu yourself you would only have one xtu service try the drivers from acer website first uninstall what you are having issues with if the acer drivers will not help try the manufacturer instead :)

Hey, seems problem is in predator sense. Does your CPU work on normal frequency in regular predator sense mode? Maybe there is way to configure predator sense modes?

Check the links in my signature. One of them deals with this issue (this is an issue that cropped up with windows 10 CPU latency settings from v1809 that triggers CPU to full throttle almost all the time for the simplest of tasks).
