Is it safe to leave the battery charging (even when it's 100% charged) while gaming on Nitro 5?

I have a Nitro 5 and my brother and I mostly use it for gaming. Therefore, the battery remains around 100% at all times. While gaming, the charger must be plugged in to ensure maximum performance so basically, our battery never goes below 90%. Is it safe to keep the laptop plugged in all the time while gaming because that's the only thing we do on our Nitro 5?

Hi @Comrade_Brad  In equipment with non-removable battery, you can use the equipment with the charger, but every so often (20-30 days for example) must be used without powering and only with battery until it drops by 20%, at that time, you can reconnect the charger and continue using it.
The current batteries have no memory effect and you can load it at any time with any percentage.
What damages the battery is use it more than 30 days connected to 100% or not using it for more than 30 days with the battery below 20%.
The battery stops charging when it is 100%.
