Can you post a picture of what appears on the screen? Does the issue you are describing appear only while running a game or all the time?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

The reason why I asked is because if you are with Nvidia optimus, then the issue could be the RAM, but then I remembered that G9-793 is with Gsync, so there is no nvidia optimus.

The issue is clearly in the GPU.

    Hi 1taha1,

Very sorry to hear this, unfortunately this is not a direct portal to customer service or tech support. I can certainly help forwarding the message to the appropriate department but i unable to control or know the decision or follow up time etc.

When did you purchase this unit?
    What screw is loose?
Can i please know what channel did you use to contact your local support channel and when did you tried?

You can PM me this information with you serial number here.
