Unfortunately, I did not get an extended warranty for my Aspire VN7-593G on 8/11/17 . A couple months ago, my ACER started to “CLICK” off while on battery. When we got back from FL, I saw my tech who checked and said “ACER has this problem and it is cheaper to scrap it”. I feel that ACER should still have an obligation for a known recurring problem on a $1200 item. Please tell me just what ACER will do to correct this defect.
