I have a Acer Nitro 5 ANA515-53-52FA, and lately I have noticed higher CPU temperatures Reaching a high of 96 but its only for like 10 seconds. I have coolboost enabled yet temperatures are reaching numbers I have never encountered. I also noticed the hottest area of my PC is coming from the WASD area and the upper top of my keyboard which is slightly uncomfortable to touch. I am looking at getting a laptop cooling pad is their anything I should be concerned with and anything I should look out for.

First, try alternately vacuuming the air intake and blowing air thru the air exhausts a few time to dislodge and remove any dust/debris that might've accumulated around the fan and thermal module. Jack E/NJ
