Quick question for Acer Quick Access and a few other things???

Does the Acer Quick Access Program have to be started every boot or does it save settings on power off? I want to run "Cool Boost" all the time with the uber heat from the Nvidia 1060 6GB video card. Also wondering how this setting works with Nvidia GeForce Experience Program? There is a setting to implement "Whisper Mode"...???...Does this conflict with the Acer Quick Access "Cool Boost" setting???
I also updated the BIOS from version 1.19 to version 1.25 with no issues and everything seems to be running fine...BUT...???...The BIOS menu says version 1.25 but the Windows 10 Device Manager lists the BIOS at version 1.22???
