We had a problem resetting your pc, no changes were made----is there any fix for this

Right now I need to reset (don't really need to specify why) but on my Acer nitro 5, every time I go to reset it either 1.says getting things ready then gives me the error 2. goes 30% then stops and gives the error. Is there any way around this? remember the error is: We had a problem resetting this pc, no changed were made.

how are trying to reset the PC. Is it the way it showed in this link and still face the issue then it could be OS corrupted. 

There are 2 chances to get this correct. 1. You would have to purchase recovery media 2. You can create media creation tool for free and install windows OS ( with this option you wont get Acer apps ) here is the link on how to create and how to use it.
