I have brand new laptop Acer Aspire ES1-732-P77T (NX.GH4EX.016). It came with 256 GB SSD drive and no optical drive (dvd). I would like to add HDD drive to my laptop. Is this possible? Is there slot for HDD drive? Is place for HDD drive below optical drive unit (which in my case is empty and covered). Do I need to buy connection esata cable? Thank you for your help.

    Hello,
Does your laptop have an HDD door (#1) located on the bottom?

Yes, it looks exactly the same. But inside there is SSD drive. Where is the slot for HHD drive? On #2 left side of the picture?

You only have one HDD/SSD housing. You should check if you see a SATA connector in the bottom of the "DVD drive" housing by removing the plastic parts (dummy ODD).

This is the picture from above for similar model Aspire ES1-732-C1RZ

I believe it's pretty much the same as my laptop. So I have SSD disk where I wrote SSD. Should I look to add HDD disk to where I wrote HDD in bottom corner? Or should I look for HDD caddy adapter for optical drive?

This is a look from below for similar model Acer Aspire ES1-731-P69Q (this one has HDD and optical drive). HDD is placed in bottom corner.

    Hello,
You have to look for an HDD caddy but first you have to check if your laptop was shipped with the ODD board (SATA connector) by removing the dummy ODD:
