Hey guys, I have an Acer Nitro 5, AN515-52, I tried to update my bios from 1.22 to 1.24 and the laptop stopped working after restarting and shows an error message 'inaccessible boot device'. I did not put the extract file on desktop and ran directly from the downloads folder. Please help me out here

    Good afternoon Fauxbog !

First, what is the need to upgrade to Bios?
    Bios are not like drivers.
It should be updated in cases of extreme necessity, such as serious system errors, serious incompatibilities, or security patches.
Otherwise this is a process that should be avoided if the machine is in perfect working order.

Version 1.24 provides fix for the following data:
    1. Update Coffee Lake-H Microcode 0x9A.
    2. Update ME 12.0.20.1307.
    3. Fix SCCM issue.

Does your device need any of them?
