    • plz quys help me . i have helios 300 ph317-52 ... my keyboard light turn off every 30 sec and i cant

    plz quys help me . i have helios 300 ph317-52 ... my keyboard light turn off every 30 sec and i cant do nothing about .. plus my laptop lags a lot and the the lag makes actual sound and thats leaves a horrible experience . btw i updated my bios to last version ,  1.24.... help plz .. thanx

      Acer will release version 1.25 of bios! This version will allow users to choose whether or not the backlight keyboard hangs when the notebook is plugged into the power adapter!

      thanx for ur answer . my helios lags both when its pluged and when its on battery . it

      thanx for ur answer . my helios lags both when its pluged and when its on battery . it freez and makes freez or lagging sound at the same time .its happining every minute .cant i  solve this issue

      Can you explain the problem better? Is the notebook configured for high performance power options?

      my helios just keeps lagging and freezing and when it freezing it make some sound or noise that sound somthing like slowmotion

      OK! Was this slow after the bios update? Have you checked that the disk is 100% in the task manager?

      it was less lagging befor bios update and after bios update it becomes bad.... disk is normal 1%

      I've seen some reports from other users complaining about issues with this bios update! Try to restore the bios by pressing f9 and then f10 to save on exiting!
