Hello! 
I need a help. I know that of Acer keyboard LED is default OFF when connected in battery, and ON when plugged in charger. But, in my is different, same plugged in charger the keyboard LED turns OFF in 30 seconds. Do you can help me?
My PC: Acer Nitro 5
My BIOS version is: 1.24 (last)

    There's nothing wrong.
    By default the backlight only stays active for 30 seconds.

    Acer itself states that, by default, the system is conditioned to turn off the keyboard lights when the power is not connected.

    No. The keyboard will always be turned off 30 seconds after the last keystroke.

    However, Acer added a new feature in some BIOS versions of some models because it was an Energy Star 7.0 requirement and this causes the keyboard light to turn off every thirty seconds even when the laptop is plugged into the adapter feed.
    This is not a hardware problem! Many users have complained about this feature and Acer will release a version of bios that will allow the user to choose whether or not to turn the keyboard off every thirty seconds on the power.
