Can't Achieve 60 FPS in my Helios 300 PH315-51-510T

Hello,I just purchased a new gaming laptop which is Helios 300 PH315-51-510T with a specs:-

i5 8300H
GTX 1060 6GB
4GB DDR4
1TB
128 GB M.2 SSD

Well when I play Civ 5 & 6 the FPS will constantly be at 30 FPS and will not increase higher and this also happen when I play LoL (except if I plugged in the charger then the FPS will increase to 60).Can I know why this is happening??

    For your device to achieve maximum performance, in addition to the settings I reported, the battery must be charged at 100% before playing and the laptop must be plugged into a power outlet.

    Nothing abnormal is happening in his machine.
    The architecture of mobile systems is different from the architecture of desktops.
    Both processor and video adapter only achieve maximum performance when they are set in the Windows Power Options for High Performance and the laptop is plugged directly into the power outlet.

    Only battery power can not provide the constant power to the system to achieve maximum performance.
