I have a ZC 606 all in one desktop and I recently tried to upgrade to 8gb Ram with 2x4gb Ram stick that require 1.5 Voltage. The computer screen remains off although the power button is lit no matter what combination the Ram sticks are in (4+4, 4+2, 2+4). Also when the 2gb Ram that came with the PC is in the second Ram slot and the primary slot is empty, the PC still does not turn on. I wanna know first if there has to be a Ram stick in the primary slot in order for it to work or does it mean that my second Ram slot is dead? I have not found a way in the BIOS the increase the Ram voltage and is the voltage the reason why my new Ram sticks did not work or was it supposed to work either way? The merchant did write on the product description that the Ram will require 1.5 Voltage.

    Hello,
    Your desktop supports up to 8GB DDR3L 1600MHz (1.35V) and only DDR3L:

Thanks a lot, I had ordered DDR3 instead of DDR3L and after researching I do see how that became a problem. I had already returned the Ram to Merchant for a refund and will order the right Sticks as soon as refund is complete.
