I bought an Acer all in one back about 2011. Great computer! It came with Winlocker installed. I saved some files but then the computer stopped working so I removed the hard drive and use it as an external drive. I have tried everything I could find to try to access Winlocker from the external drive with no success. I realize my present computer does not have the Winlocker service so I had downloaded a free trial. Still no luck. I am not hugely Tech savvy but understand a lot. Do I have easy options?

    Ok I do still have my password its getting to the program on the external drive I am trying to do. I can not find a direct email to support either?
