G9-793-79V5 Screen issue.

Hi,
I bought my laptop on 17 July 2018 and after a while I went back to Turkey. When i got back, i noticed a distinctly green line on the screen and red little circles (I am not sure if little circles appears of the photos i've upload). The device warranty is valid only in the United States, and Acer Turkey had asked for a price of around $ 600 for only the display. When I spoke to Acer US, they said that I should just send the device to them and then they'll take care the rest of it. but since i should pay for the shipping fees, (it'll costs around 300$ to send my laptop to ther and got back) i've looking for another solutions. So i asked them to sell only the screen to me and they replied the lcd is not saleable and they would not be able to help in a different way. 
I ask you if this problem can be solved without changing the screen and if I need to change the screen can you guys gave a support to where I can find the screen.

The part number of the screen is: KL.17308.004
Also it's 75hz and has G-Sync
