GPU utilisation only at 9%?

So i'm using an Acer Predator Helios 300 and it's pretty recently bought. When i checked Task Manager, it says that my GPU is utilised at 9% only. Is there anything wrong?

Which one of them the Intel or the GTX u need to be more specific

the GTX is the one that is at 9%. I already put all the settings to use the GTX and not the Intel but still at 9%-10%

In Games or in normal usage?

Do your games lag as well because of low GPU utilization?

Can you use HWiNFO to check both CPU and GPU temperatures, while gaming?

Yes, I do notice some form of low fps even on low settings on these games. For example, in GTA V 1080p but lowest settings, I run at around 50FPS which i believe is underperforming. As for CSGO, I run at around 100FPS on 1080p lowest settings which is still pretty good but again, underperforming. As a reply to ven98, the temperatures of both CPU and GPU usually comes at a range from 65-85 degrees celcius.
