Hello everyone.. I'm new here. I bought an aspire E 14 E5-476-31VB on November  fourth or fifth (2018). its been a few months and I wish to upgrade my ram and drive. I am not sure if its possible in my device. I hope somebody can help me with this my questions are as follows:
A) Can I upgrade my ram in my laptop? if so , please tell me more.
B) Do I have an SSD upgradability in my laptop? If so , please help me with this.

Sorry that my questions are so silly , I'm not a tech guy , I hardly know a thing about laptops. I just use it for basic MATLAB program and watching movies. lately , I've been feeling that my laptop is a bit slow , and hence I feel like I should upgrade it. Thus the query. Hope somebody can help me.

Thank you guys,
Aksshay N R.

The device has 2 RAM slots each supporting up to 16GB DDR4 for a total amount of 32GB using both slots.

You have an available M.2 port for SSD. For more information check this thread:

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
