I have a Acer Nitro 5 ANA515-53-52FA with intel ICORE I5 7300HQ. I used intel extreme and set the voltage to -0.150 currently running a bench mark. How do I know what is stable and unstable. Does anyone have suggestions of what to undervolt it too, and will this cause harm to my CPU??

Undervolting doesn't cause harm to the CPU nor it reduces performance. Undervolt CPU core and cache only. If the system crashes, that means the undervolt is unstable
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
