PC keeps crashing because of the same 5 errors (Perflib and PerfNet), how to fix?

I'm not finding anything obvious that relates each of those to the other. Are the affected services running, or are they failing completely when started? Do the errors happen at a specific time of day, or when a specific app is launched? You might run SFC and see if it finds and file corruption.
