@Wuja1988 well its known in fact some ssds (nvme) will not work properly with the predator m.2 ports and yours might be one of those but just in case try this pot the ssd in place close the chassis properly tight all screws as the chassis has power switches in some places especially in the ram compartment if those switches are not properly pressed it will not work after everything secured and tight perform a battery power drain disconnect from A/C press battery pinhole power drain for 30s let it rest for 30mnts or more then boot into bios load setup defaults and boot again into bios to see if your ssd is recognized if its not recognized that means either its incompatible or its faulty i would also try in in another device if available in case you cant get it to work i recommend to return it and get an wd instead i have a wd blue 3d nand 2tb perfectly comapatible and supported but also expensive (not as much as an nvme comparing the storage size) but fast enough u also have in the same variant the 256/512/1024 hope this helps and an advice not always what is cheaper/bargain means its good but if u want a good nvme u also have wd black or the samsung's
