    Good afternoon BotePAM !
I could not identify in Dash this model that informed of laptop.
    Is correct?

As for the memo, confirm whether both are DDR3 or one of them is DDR3L.
    Test also on another device.

Anyway, this memory configuration (4 + 2) is not totally ideal.
To use the dual-channel completely, it is necessary that both memories have the exact characteristics, such as frequency, capacity, CAS, etc.
