Hi Acer Team,

I've had my Acer Predator G6 since end 2016 now and I was happy untill about 2 weeks ago it started turning off out of itself. I found this very strange but could not find any problem and thought it could be software related."I'll do a factory reset in a couple weeks when I have time for that" I thought. Now last night it happened again after closing my game of Dota 2. But this time it wouldn't turn on, there was a flash of orange light at the back of the pc and there's a smokey smell in my room as if something on the inside has fried. I suspect it may be the PSU since the power light turns on for about 1 second then goes dark again.

Can I send it in for a fix or possibly recieve a replaceable PSU? i believe it's the 730 watt type.

The power supply is a pretty standard ATX supply, you should be able to use any that are powerful enough. The stock unit is Acer part number DC.73018.001.
